I presume this series is a sequel (rather than a prequel) to the Ile-Rien series; however, since the publisher couldn't be bothered to actually tell potential readers this in the description or on the cover, could someone here please confirm? Thanks!

I am in New Zealand and unable to find anywhere that has an electonic version available. Who has the distribution writes here ? I have been able to purchase all of Martha Wells books without issue except for this 3 book series.
