I have checked out the HC on Amazon, and the price is $40.00!! I went to the publisher's website, and saw the same price. On Book Depository, the price is listed as $29.50, which is STILL pretty high. This is a NINETY-SIX page novella. WHY is the price so high? Who's going to pay that much for such a short book? Or maybe the author wants the ebook to sell more copies..... Anybody have an answer to this?
