One of the best books EVER. But why is the cover of this book so STUPID and completely unrelated to ANYTHING in this book? Yes there is a theory of bastards but I can't believe the author OK'd the cover. It looks like a stupid romance novel when it is about a group of bonobos in a research facility and the unusual and brilliant researcher who we grow to love. But the stars are the bonobos themselves...

Is the book accurate regarding how it describes bonobo intelligence, behavior, and mating habits? I imagine that in general it is, with the main bit of fiction being Frankie's research results.
