I need to go back and read some other prey books again to compare, but this one is really bad. I can't "feel" Lucas at all, he seems stilted and wooden, perhaps that is the result of the quality of writing in this book, which is basically bad. Characters mirror each other in the dialogue and I'm finding more cliches. I'm bored to tears at not even a third of the way into the book. It's by far the worst book I've read all year.(less)
