This book wont help you in understanding Indian economy in anyway. This book is collection of all the speeches given by Dr. Raghuram Rajan during his tenure as Governor of Reserve Bank of India.

However, if you want to get insights about governance of banks, his vision about RBI and his thought process then you can read this book.(less)
