Is this a Leftist perspective? The ideal of real liberal democracy has been run off the rails - hard left and right - by a certain focus on the last minorities, whom surely got their equal rights sometime ago, along with, for instance, unfettered access to automatic weapons as an expression of any grievance. Is there any clear modern philosophical perspective that will win over the predisposition of stupidity?
