Hey I don't mean to post spoilers but I felt this wasn't really clarified in the book, but I was wondering in the end of the book where the scribe virgin heals Mary of her cancer and her and Rhage become mates, does Mary share the same lifespan as Rhage because they are mated or is Mary's lifespan still the same?

Then when Rhage finds out she has a life span that she can choose when to go into the fade, he asks her if she will live as long as he does and go into the fade when he goes.
