I struggle with depression and suicide myself, and I found reading this book to be very cathartic. That doesn't mean it wasn't, at times, a tough read. It was. But it's probably one of my new favorite books. Read this book if you're interested. Take breaks if you need them. Read it with a friend so you can talk about the intense emotions that may pop up. I hope you find it as healing as I did. (less)
