Hello, is this series worth continuing? I've read the first book, I thought it was such a well written fantasy. I'm usually not into too much whimsical but the first book was a well balanced work with great characters that you forgive the imperfections and fall in love anyway. The second book lost me, it lost me in such a big way that I just skipped the middle part of the book. Here's what happened.
