Comment: He's assures her that all the money he makes from this "business" goes to charity but then says it's his main source of income. I'm not sure I can finish it if he continues this "business" and still wants her in his life. Is it bad that I'm having trouble with the ethical part of it, even though it's a story?

I really hated ANY and EVERY excuse he had for doing what he was doing....."Every time, I was thinking of you!" Yeah, well GFY. Who would do this and be okay with it and who would want to be with him when THIS is how he has spent the last TEN YEARS!!!??? This was a trainwreck of a plot line. (less)
