I guess "Wow!" isn't a question. It has to be a question? OK. Question #1: Why is D'Souza writing for Regnery Publishing instead of a publisher with critical respectability? Question #2: Why don't more people do their own thinking and research? Question #3: Why did D'Souza conveniently sweep the Civil Right Movement of the 1960's under the rug?

Publi…moreAs a writer myself (one published, one BEING published and one "half in my mind and half on the jump drive) I can answer your first question. 1. Publishers pick and choose what they want to publish with an eye toward HOW they wish to be seen. Regnery has the COURAGE to publish conservative books even in this current "cancel culture". 2. People DO do their own thinking and research but it's nice to have confirmation from someone who does it for a living and agrees with what you discover...PLUS why don't YOU spend all day, every day at the SCOTUS to see what's going on instead of reading/hearing about it from those who are paid to be there? and 3. He didn't "conveniently" sweep the Civil RightS Movement under the rug, He simply had so much to say, SOMETHING had to be left out ... On top of that, Bull Connor, George Wallace, the KKK ... what new something is there to be said about the Left and the Civil Rights movement?(less)
