Why is this book out of print and out of stock EVERYWHERE? This is really unusual. Used copies with creased spines are going for new price, with shipping inc. This is why people pirate books you know... I spent an hour trying to find a brand new copy online. No luck (unless I want to buy at a high price from a random seller, or a creased used copy for new price)

With that, publishers have probably dialed down the number of printed copies and new editions/reprints, preferring to err on the side of caution rather than getting overstocked, and then sometimes printing too little.(less)
