Depends on the age and maturity level. There's nothing outright vulgar, violent or profane, but it's also not a kid's book. I'd say the subject matter and tone are on par with his other works, including 14 and The Fold. So not quite as vulgar as Stephen King, but still good entertaining horror.(less)
