Lots of limbs being torn off, blood splatters, brains, etc. If you're ok with your teens watching intense zombie movies, Akira, or even Judge Dredd, then this is on that level. No sexual assault (apart from one scene where a character is saved from rape) and no other sexual content. Lots of mention of drug use, but very little actually shown. Additionally, due to the cyborg characters, there is "body horror" where characters are still alive but have their limbs removed and do not seem to feel pain from this. (less)
