I can't see where to write my input so...I'm still reading this but a couple of times I thought of putting it down. Talk about repetitive, jeez! You start thinking, something has got to happen. The author hints how the boy dies but spends way too much time with the emotions of the parents, especially the mother! I'm trying not to be callis but either kill yourself or agree to get help!! Anyone agree?

The emotions and issues of each person is very relevant to what actually happens when a child dies either from an accident or from an illness. Each person in the family feels a certain amount of guilt. Why was I involved with my own problems when I should have been there for my child, if only I had done this instead of that maybe it never would have happened.The actual cause of this child's death is secondary in this book. It's the feelings of guilt and how it affects each person differently and how we have to come to grips with that guilt that is the real crux of this book.
