I know this is not the normal question, but can anyone give me a good reason as to why the book cover has the person upside down? I keep trying to think up a good reason, but got nothing. Maybe its artistic stuff?

My interpretation is: The upside down represents her feelings that her world has been turned upside down with Daniel moving away and then him moving on into a stable relationship with Rex. Also, her moving into a relationship with Christopher and trying to navigate that relationship with her job and painting as well as everything else she deals with on a daily basis.(less)
