It all just crumb…moreI've read her books for decades and this was definitely a Twilight Zone experience. I feel like they just published her rough notes. It all just crumbled into nonsense about midway through. So. Many. Killers. in this book. Extraneous characters left and right. And after the climax, the book didn't end. We got at least an extra five chapters of leading statements that went nowhere--except to be reiterated in the following chapter! And the coup de grace was that the title had no relation to anything in the story. Weird. Weird. Weird.(less)
