Podium decided that it would be better to have the first two books and the last two books (Spellbinder) combined for the audio book. Enchanted and Spellbinder are the companion books for the audiobooks.

Billy was named William by his adopted father - named him after their king. As the boy grew up, Billy just seemed to be a more appropriate name. It is the name that Billy prefers, although I will say that he told me he doesn't mind being called William by the Lady of Cyndyn. :-)(less)
