10/21/18. Horrible parents. The only thing that is unbelievably is that Maude held her hand on the electric fence , and didn’t die. Any thoughts on this? Joan from Massachusy

Ask any farm kid and they've probably played around with the electric fence and lived to tell the tale.(less)
