Does anyone else remember the author of this book, Michael Cox, putting out an announcement shortly after the publication of The Glass of Time, saying there was would be no sequel since he expected to die quite soon? (And of course he did.) I was trying to find the note, but it doesn't come up in any searches. It wasn't actually at the end of the book, was it?
