She seemed to have been determ…moreYeah, one thing I found frustrating about this book was that the author would not let nasty people remain nasty people. She seemed to have been determined to make everyone look good in the end, including David (and to a lesser degree, Robin). He was clearly a coldhearted a-hole, and should have been allowed to remain in that portrayal. And one other thing that frustrated me was Celeste's being unable to speak up for herself every time David tried to shut her up. All she could say was 'I'm sorry', or 'how can I fix this', or 'please let me explain'. Rather than just saying the truth of what happened to her. Argh - frustrating.(less)
