I loved this book and how deeply immersed I felt in its world. Did anyone else find this book via East of Eden? Both of these novels (Birds Without Wings and East of Eden) are, in hindsight, the most compelling books I've read to date. I do wonder if that's a question for length, content, or both.

Birds Without Wings is amazing. The thing the 2 books have in common is they are both long. But a lot of books are long!(less)
