Is there a book or series prior to this? I'm only a few chapters in but still, it seams like there is background I am missing.

What I gathered is that you can definitely read the Tony Foster Series on their own, but you'd understand better all the nuances if you read the Vicki Nelson Series first, where Tony Foster was a secondary character. Personally I don't plan to read 8 books of a m/f series for the sake of nuances ;-).(less)

Hey! Is there actual "M/M romance" in this? Kissing, sex, love in a prominent way? Or is it just alluded to or fade to black kind of stuff? I want to read some queer fantasy books with legit romance that is as relevant as hetero romance.. :)
