I don't understand the punctuation of the title. If there's supposed to be a comma after Book, ok. But without it I can make no sense of it. Can anyone explain?

I am a big fan of the Oxford Comma and requested the cover not have an ampersand and spell out the word "and" in order to keep the second comma. My opinion was heard, but the designers felt that the overall look would be too wordy, so they used the ampersand and struck the second comma. I wasn't happy, but what's a girl to do? Like you, I felt like the title read as if there were a secret book, not a secret, and a book, and scones. A long-winded explanation ,I know, but I feel your comma pain!
