There are story arcs continuing thru--and one that starts here and will presumably go on to the 3rd. Not exactly spoilers, but if you've got the choice, you should read Inherit the Bones as a stand-alone. They're similar in flavor and cleverness, and you can decide whether or not you want a second helping.(less)

Unanswered Questions (1)

During this book, Gemma mentions several times that foods aren't tasting right to her, or that she's no longer hungry for something. I was waiting for the most likely explanation for this to enter her consciousness. Is she pregnant again?
