The dreams Mordecai had in "The God-Stone War" are said (by him) to actually be memories he received from Tyrion. Yet in "The Silent Tempest" and "Betrayer's Bane" Tyrion never experienced the events Mordecai later dreamed of. Was Mordecai lying in his narration? Or just mistaken?

We know that Albamarl is a day's ride from Colne, roughly. We also know that Colne is located in foothills of some mountain. We also know where the same Albamarl is located on the map of Lothion. Where in Lothion is Colne then (or the place where it had been)? Especially since Elentirs are supposed to not have existed back then and there are no other mountains around.

"History of Illeniel" (from "The Line of Illeniel") claims that Tyrion created the Elentir mountains, but that is never described in this series (he created *some* mountains *somewhere*, but too far away from Albamarl to be Elentirs; his daughter created more, but also too far away). Was the book lying (intentionally or not)?
