There is a great deal of detail, which will vary in appeal depending on your interest in the topic being discussed. Quite a few photographs, and an ironical sense of humour shows itself from time to time (including in the captions).

It took me a while, but I’m glad I waded through it: it told me a lot I didn’t know.(less)
