Matt No. Ender does appear by ancible but is a bit redundant. He is about 15 and in route to his first colony.

The events in the book are app…moreIt takes place after Ender destroys the formic Homeworld in Ender's Game and battle school is turned into Fleet School. The events in the book are apparently concurrent with the events in Shadow of the Hegemon the second book in The Bean quartet. I think it is good to have read Ender's Game and at least the first two books of The Bean quartet before reading this book.(less)

Having read the "big reveal" as to who Dabeet's father is maybe 12 or 13 times, I am forced to accept that it's Graff himself. So tell me, was his mother a super-genius? Perhaps one of the lost Delphiki clones? Or did Hyrum adopt him? Because if Dabeet is supposed to be even smarter than Ender, where the heck did he get all those brains? Because dear old Hymie may be shrewd, but a genius he aint.
