Unlike Sherlock Holmes, for example, when people bring cases to him in his office as a consulting private detective. The thing I find interesting, and your question is right in line, "Why doesn't anyone in the TV show or books mention all the other cases she has been involved with, actually at the scene of a murder as you note? Dozens, no hundreds! Some, as you note, would rightly be suspicious.(less)
