As for men being manipulated into being "strong and warlike," times have certainly changed, and in this day and age the situation which Vilar describes has in many ways decayed further. Some five decades later, western men are no longer taught to be strong and independent leaders, but rather to be completely spineless and obedient slaves, valued for little to nothing beyond their mundane 9~5 financial earning power.

In other words, instead of being a valuable and contributing manipulated/slave class, today's men's roles have been so gutted by society as to render them useless. As more and more agency is stripped from men, so too is their competence. Far from "warlike," today's men are atrophied in body and mind, reducing the vast majority to walking, talking, disposable ATM machines and emotional tampons, serving the manipulative class only to be overdrawn and soiled, and subsequently discarded and replaced.(less)

You've heard about the "code of blue" among cops, yes? Same thing with many women and Vilar has been a whistleblower. Why else do you think she has been so reviled and attacked by women. For satire? Wake up bro. (less)
