I love this book, gave it 5 Stars, and sent out recommendations to all my family and book club friends. Besides sharing a great story with them, I want to know: what is the pattern and meaning of the chapter numbers? Some chapters increase by $0.99, $0.98, $1.01, $1... Any theories?
