Ellie Lerum I'm well aware that this question was written 4 years ago, but if anyone else was wondering something similar, this book does discuss the issues of re…moreI'm well aware that this question was written 4 years ago, but if anyone else was wondering something similar, this book does discuss the issues of religion that was prevalent during WW2 and the division of sects during that time. This does discuss briefly the persecution that happened in the middle ages but it's more of a standpoint of martyrs than on individuals who were not apart of the Catholic church during 200 AD or the middle ages. Overall, the book looks at how Christianity (the umbrella term used for Protestant sects) was formed out of Catholicism as well as Catholicism. There is a lot of world history regarding geopolitical activity that covers things that aren't strictly about the development of Christianity.(less)
