When I googled "Amy MacKinnon author" I found three other titles attributed to her: Snow White, A Christian Fairytale (co-authored with Jacob Grimm), The Unforgotten (the synopsis of which sounds just like Tethered), and L'Enfant sans Nom (which might be just the French edition of Tethered, as no synopsis is given - "The Child Without Name" sounds as if it could refer to the little girl in Tethered).
