Okay, so I'm confused. Who is Rachelle? Is she Magnus's mate? And if yes then where is their story?

At the beginning of Declan's pov it's explained that Rachelle found her mate amongst the wolf pack…moreiamaddictedtobooks, I'm confused by your question!!!

At the beginning of Declan's pov it's explained that Rachelle found her mate amongst the wolf pack, to Peter, and that she had an arranged 500yo mating with Gerald DuBois and is the mother of Andre DuBois.

Andre is the vampire that grabbed Meryn's arm in book 6 leaving a mark, the twins gave him diarrhea, later when she, Eva and Ryuu go outside to the sun, the warrior Warrick DuBois, huge vampire, and cousin to Andre comments that unfortunately Andre takes after is father, instead of his lovely aunt.

In this book Warrick "mates" with Avery and is disowned by the DuBois "@ssh*les".

Resuming:
Rachelle was "forced" into a mating with Gerald DuBois, gave birth to Andre Dubois and 500 years later finds that her true destined mate is a wolf shifter named Peter.
