Has anyone also read "Thinking, Fast and Slow" by Nobel laureate Daniel Kahneman? Kahneman discusses how suggestible our brains are, how this is exploited (e.g. advertising), how wrong our intuitions can be, and the psychological and neuro-structural reasons for this. Is Vance's book on similar lines?

I read one-third of this book and abandoned it. In my opinion it is quite repetitive. I don't disagree with what he says, but it didn't seem very well written and doesn't really say much. (less)
