That’s obviously not the case and because Evan came out, she would want to change him, to make him straight again.

Or, his mother would have kicked him out. I can see it going both ways(less)

She definitely has unaddressed childhood trauma herself, so it is possible she has PTSD and could be treated if she sought help. Voula definitely needs help of some kind, but probably doesn't see herself as being in that position, so would inevitably continue on with her life, without treatment.(less)
