I'm a huge believer of the 12 steps. How much does this book support the working of the steps?

It address…moreWorking the Steps is fundamental. This book addresses the character defects that continue to plague us once we have gotten sober/abstinent. It addresses the unhealthy habits that get in the way of working the program and finding that happiness, success and love we all crave. My experience is that we can get complacent and stop working the steps... especially steps 10,11 and 12. It addresses the psychological, but not the physical and spiritual. So, maybe not for everybody, but it has enhanced my own recovery.(less)
