I couldn't put this book down! I was so moved by this story that halfway through I had to read the last page to see if Einstien lived or died. I don't think I would have been able to finish reading if I had known that he died. You have to be a true dog lover to appreciate this story!(less)

Is the dog in "Watchers" the same dog in "Devoted"?

Rebecca According to Mr. Koontz it is not, but it is easy to think that the 2 books are connected.

Why did the Russians want the scientists dead? Seems to me that they would want them alive, to steal the technology for themselves.
