He edited it before publication to make it a smoother, more engaging narrative, but it's still completely true.(less)

I liked the book, particularly **SPOILER ALERT* how he processed Pighead's death. It felt raw and real. Genuinely curious about this: how was he able to write about what happened in AA meetings and rehab in general? Isn't all of that supposed to be private?
