Stay away, this book is incredibly biased in favor of medication vs. therapy (when most know a reasonable combination of both is usually the most beneficial), poorly sourced, and condescending to those who dare question the current model of psychiatry (and the pharmaceutical industry most of all). This book is also aimed at people with depression and Bipolar II specifically, if you've been diagnosed with Bipolar I you might get even less out of it. (less)
