This Book is complete garbage. It has been recognized as a fraud from the get go AND STILL people are buying her pack of lies. I lived down in Australia for two years and roamed the out back and there is no way ANYONE of those people took this person in and taught her anything. When Marlo was there she rented a room and shut herself away most of the time writing this nonsense? A fact verified by her land lady.

It has been disputed by the many tribes who do actually live in the regions she claimed to have visited. Some tribes have travelled to her talks to protest, as she has spread false ideas about their culture and made a lot of money off of obscuring the truth. In her short visit to Australia she worked in a pharmacy most of the time-she never disappeared into the desert. Much of her descriptions of the outback are in fact inaccurate. (less)
