Do you think the portrayal of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is realistic? I find that a lot of YA books will focus only on a characters compulsions and not on their obsessive thoughts...

Tole Don't have OCD so can't answer to realistic, but def focuses more on thougts (counting etc) than behaviours.
