Several times, the author refers to a certain payroll deduction as a "Medicaid tax." Does he mean the Medicare tax? If so, isn't this pretty careless?

The other references mention both medicare and medicaid together.

I think it more likely a simple mistake, just as two is less than several.

Edit: The audiobook (read by the author) uses the phrase "Medicaid and medicare taxes" in both of those locations.(less)
