I discovered Rosenfelt and Collared while browsing the new books section at my library. I enjoyed it a lot. It's lighter than many in the genre, but a good plot and witty thoughts and comments won the day. I generally don't like present-tense narration, don't know why, just don't. So at first that put me off some. So I have two questions: 1) Are all the books present-tense? 2) What's the next best one to read? Thanks
