Can I read this without having read The Raven Boys series?

However, there are minor things that are explained in the preovious books (things about …moreYes, since the only major character from the series is Ronan. However, there are minor things that are explained in the preovious books (things about dreams, about certain relationships, about Ronan's past...). You can enjoy reading the book without having read the Raven Cycle first. If your are planning on reading The Raven Cycle, i'd do it before reading this book, since Call Down The Hawk takes place after all of TRC events, and otherwise you'd get TRC spoilers by reading this book.(less)
