Does anyone know how this compares to Naomi Novik's Temeraire? If I loved that will I love this too or be disappointed?

Has anyone else had an issue where they get this book from Amazon and it's only 22 pages long? Specifically the last 22 pages (From ch 23 to the end) Which are incredibly confusing if you haven't read the rest of the book and totally spoil the ending? I deleted it and re-downloaded it and now I have the whole thing but I'm just wondering if I'm the only one this has happened to?

I enjoyed this book and really only have one question: Why, when creating an interesting world where women can be warriors and dragon riders, would the author make it a world where women wear corsets when they dress up? Maybe it was a nod to P&P. I wouldn't know because I never read it.
