What is the correct chronological order of English-translated books in this series?

Curt Buchmeier I believe that they were originally written by Dahl, chronologically speaking anyways, Fourth Man, Man In the Window, Last Fix and Lethal Investments.…moreI believe that they were originally written by Dahl, chronologically speaking anyways, Fourth Man, Man In the Window, Last Fix and Lethal Investments. However, when they were translated to English, they were released in reverse order. Can't find any explanation and I have no clue why?(less)

Could anyone tell me if Gunnarstranda and Frolich are male/male, female/female or male/female?! And is it focused more on one of them than the other, or is it fairly evenly focused? I can't seem to figure it out from this page and I don't have the book right now! Thank-you!
