The "ugly brown Estonian House on Brodview" decribed in chapter 14 is a real place (954 Broadview Ave, Estonians sold it 2022), I have been there several times. I know the Estonian camp, Estonian sororities and fraternities the book mentions. There are also some mistakes, but the author seems to know few things about Toronto Estonian community and their mindset. Active Estonian community in Toronto is very small, just couple of hundreds. When I started this book, I had no clue about its Estonian connection.
