And sometimes I need a place to get my rage out. My Crows are great for that. At this moment, though, I’m busy with my Badgers and my upcoming fantasy series that I haven’t started yet.

Can I read this book as a stand alone without having read the first 2 in the series?

Pam No. I would not recommend. Too many characters and you’d miss a lot of world building. They are fun. Recommend you start with the first book.
