There isn't really a plot - its a series of memories from his childhood and teenage years, but if you like his writing, you will enjoy it.(less)

I've seen this described as an autobiography and a memoir. To me, those are different things. So which is this?

So the rambling narrative of Nabkov can definitely be classified as a memoir.
